Our Artisan dairy is Based in the heart of Galway city, specialised in Artisan fresh cheeses such as Queso fresco, grilling cheese, Mozzarella Fior di latte and Burrata cheese. We produce our cheeses using a traditional formula with Irish A1 cows milk from the Region of Galway.
